  6. REALTIME-VOTING  is  a  completely new
  7. system  to vote for charts!  You don`t
  8. have  to send a vote-sheet, but though
  9. the   charts  doesn`t  show  only  the
  10. opinion of a minority!  The charts are
  11. just  voted  by  the readers themself!
  12. How    can    you    vote    for   the
  13. REALTIME-CHARTS?    It`s   very  easy!
  14. Just select one of the @1REALTIME-VOTING
  15. Lines@2  in  the  main-menu!  The actual
  16. charts     are    displayed    in    a
  17. TOP - 15 - List!     Now   press   the@1
  18. NEXT - PAGE - Button@2  to   enter   the
  19. REALTIME  -  VOTING  -  SCREEN!    The
  20. productions/groups  you  can  vote for
  21. are  now  shown!   You`ll  recognize a
  22. Color-Bar  on  the  first  one!   This
  23. Color-Bar  shows  you for what one you
  24. have  to vote next!  You can give from@1
  25. 1@2  point (last shit) to @19@2 points (pure
  26. elite)  for  every production/group by
  27. pressing  the  numerical  keys on your
  28. main  keyboard  (not  the  ones on the
  29. num-block!)!   If  you want to correct
  30. your  input  just  press  @1<BACKSPACE>@2!
  31. Now  confirm  your  input  by  hitting@1
  32. <RETURN>@2!   The Color-Bar will move to
  33. the   next  production/group!   Repeat
  34. this  procedure for every line!  After
  35. the  last  vote  the  routine tries to
  36. save  your vote!  If you haven`t write
  37. enabled  your  disk, this is just left
  38. out  and  you  have to vote again!  So
  39. @T,0,FFF,0F0,1 make  sure  that you @3write enable@2 your
  40. disk      before      entering     the
  41. REALTIME-VOTING-SCREEN!

  45. 1.)  IT`s  nearly  impossible to cheat
  46.      this charts!
  47. 2.)  You   don`t   have   to   send  a
  48.      vote-sheet to our Main-Editors!
  49. 3.)  The  charts  are  built up by the
  50.      readers  themselves  and  not  by
  51.      some privileged persons!@2

  53. @4There are also some @5disadvantages@4:@1@7
  54. 1.)  There  are  no real charts before
  55.      about 10 readers have voted.
  56. 2.)  It`s  possible  to vote more than
  57.      once! But this is harder than you
  58.      may think. You have to reboot the
  59.      Mag  everytime you  want to  vote
  60.      again.
  61. 3.)  As  the number  of vote-lines  is 
  62.      limited,  we must prevote certain 
  63.      groups for  the charts.  So  it`s 
  64.      impossible  that an unknown group
  65.      jumps in the chart from one issue 
  66.      to the next.@4

  88. already,   the   realtime   charts  in
  89. @2issue #1@1 didn`t  work.   So we start a
  90. second   try   to   invent   this  new
  91. vote-system  in  this  issue.   As  we
  92. promised, we`ll improve the  system in
  93. our  further  issues.   You`ll soon be
  94. able   to  @2enter  new  vote-names@1,  so
  95. you`ll be able to vote for groups that
  96. are  not present in the vote-list yet.
